Platform Downtime & Account Restrictions: We are not responsible for service interruptions, account suspensions, lost messages, or access issues resulting from Telegram platform outages, technical failures, or Telegram's enforcement of its own Terms of Service.
3. No Guarantees & Listing Liability
A. Performance & Results Disclaimer
New Era SEO provides Search Engine Optimization (SEO) guidance, digital services, software tools, and community insights. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, or overall SEO success. Search engine algorithms, local directories, and mapping services operate independently and change constantly; therefore, past performance or community case studies do not guarantee future results.
B. Account & Business Listing Liability
New Era SEO is not liable for any account actions, penalties, suspensions, drops in rankings, or listing removals occurring on third-party browsers, search engines, or mapping platforms—including, but not limited to:
Google (including Google Business Profile & Google Maps)
Microsoft Bing (including Bing Places)
Apple Maps
Yahoo!
Any other local, national, or niche directories and mapping platforms.
You acknowledge that third-party platforms govern their own guidelines and policies. You assume full risk and responsibility for any actions taken on your accounts or business listings before, during, or after using our services, tools, or advice.
4. Third-Party Tools, Software, & Affiliate Disclosures
Third-Party Services: New Era SEO may recommend, utilize, or provide access to third-party SEO tools, indexing services, proxies, software, or APIs. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, uptime, accuracy, or safety of these external tools and hold no liability for losses caused by third-party software failures or policy changes.
Affiliate Disclosure: Some links shared within the New Era SEO community, website, or materials may be affiliate links. New Era SEO may earn a commission or referral fee if you make a purchase through these links at no extra cost to you.
5. Payments, Final Sales, & Refunds
All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds once a transaction is completed, except in instances where non-delivery or an error is explicitly determined to be on our end at our sole discretion.
Account Misconduct: New Era SEO is not held responsible for any misconduct, policy violations, or actions taken on your accounts by you or third parties after a sale or service delivery is complete.
6. Intellectual Property & License
Unless otherwise stated, New Era SEO and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all materials, guides, strategies, and resources shared within the community. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

7. Community Rules & Conduct

Misconduct: We reserve the right to remove any member from the Telegram group or revoke access to services for disruptive behavior, spam, scraping, unauthorized advertising, or violation of community guidelines without a refund.
